Detroit native Karen Clark-Sheard is set to release her first solo album in four years on April 6th. All In One features 11 new studio recordings including the Go-Go inspired “Prayed Up” produced by her son J. Drew Sheard.
The Grammy award winning gospel singer has turned this album into a family affair. In addition to production by her son, she is joined by daughter Kierra Sheard and niece Angel Chisolm on “Take Me”. Production from the Stellar Award winning production team of PAJAM is featured- which includes her cousin J. Moss. Her sister, Dorinda Clark Cole lends her vocals “He Knows”.
Whether she’s infusing an R & B sound, jazzing it up, Karen Clark Sheard knows how to please listeners while taking them to church and this album does not disappoint.
